TRWSOFT School Management Platform
Terms of Use
Effective: 9 October 2026Rules for authorized use of the TRWSOFT website and school management platform.
1. Authorized Use
The platform is for approved schools, staff, students, parents, guardians, and support personnel. Access is controlled by the school, assigned role, responsibility, and enabled service package.
2. Account Responsibility
Users must protect passwords, one-time codes, invite links, reset links, and QR access links. Accounts must not be shared or used to impersonate another person.
3. Acceptable Conduct
Users must enter accurate information, respect confidential records, follow school policies, and print, download, change, or share information only when officially authorized.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not bypass permissions, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, alter evidence improperly, misuse personal data, or use the platform for unlawful or unrelated purposes.
5. Official Records
Reports and documents reflect the data available when generated. The school must verify important records before filing, payment, certification, publication, or external use.
6. Availability And Changes
Maintenance, hosting conditions, third-party services, and updates may affect availability. Features, controls, and these terms may be updated to support security or operational requirements.
7. Agreement And Service Scope
Fees, implementation work, support obligations, termination terms, formal company particulars, and school-specific commitments are governed by the executed service agreement.

For platform support or a product privacy enquiry, use the protected Contact TRWSOFT form. Questions about a specific school record should be directed to that school's authorized administration office.
