How the TRWSOFT website and school platform handle information used for authorized school services.

1. Information We Process

TRWSOFT may process school enquiries, authorized contact details, website readiness assessment answers, proposal records, account information, student and guardian records, staff records, attendance, academic results, boarding and exeat information, finance records, documents, communications, audit logs, and other records enabled by the school.

2. Purpose Of Processing

Information is used to provide authorized school administration, teaching support, student welfare, reporting, communication, security, technical support, readiness recommendations, onboarding, and service management. Public website assessments remain separate from operational school portal databases.

3. School Responsibility

Each school remains responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, authorization, retention, correction, printing, and sharing of the official records entered by its users.

4. Access And Security

The platform uses school scope, user roles, page permissions, session controls, password protections, activity logs, and other safeguards. No system can remove every risk, so users must protect their accounts and report suspected misuse promptly.

5. Documents, Photos And Location Evidence

Documents, photos, signatures, QR records, camera captures, device information, and approved location evidence should be processed only for a defined and authorized school purpose.

6. Sharing And Service Providers

Information may be available to authorized school users, approved support personnel, contracted infrastructure providers, or public authorities where the school is authorized or legally required to provide it.

7. Corrections And Enquiries

Requests to correct a school record should first be sent to the relevant school administration office. Product privacy enquiries may be sent to support@trwsoft.com.
