What is the TRWSOFT School Management Platform?
TRWSOFT is a connected school operations platform for admissions, student records, academics, attendance, examinations, boarding, welfare, staff administration, communication, reporting, and leadership intelligence. It keeps authorized users working from one accountable school record.
Who can use TRWSOFT?
TRWSOFT can provide separate, role-appropriate workspaces for school leadership, administrators, teachers, accountants, boarding teams, health and welfare officers, parents or guardians, and students. Each person sees only the pages and actions assigned to that role.
Does TRWSOFT support both Basic schools and Senior High Schools?
Yes. The platform can adapt its menus, class structure, academic workflows, reports, and school operations to the configured school level. Basic-school users do not need to work through SHS-only processes, and SHS users receive the tools relevant to their setting.
Can a school use only the modules relevant to its operations?
Yes. Modules and pages can be enabled according to the school level, operating model, and responsibilities of each role. A non-boarding school, for example, does not need boarding workflows in its normal workspace.
How does implementation begin?
Implementation begins with a review of the school structure, current records, user roles, priority workflows, and readiness. TRWSOFT then prepares the school workspace, validates data, configures permissions, trains responsible users, and introduces modules in controlled phases.
Can existing school records be imported?
Yes. Suitable existing records can be reviewed, cleaned, mapped, and imported through controlled tools. The school should verify the source data and review the import evidence before the imported records become the working school record.
Who owns and controls the school data?
The school remains responsible for its institutional records and authorized use. TRWSOFT provides the system, controls, and support needed to process those records within the agreed service and data-protection arrangements.
How are user roles and permissions controlled?
Access can be controlled by school, role, page, responsibility, and action. Viewing, editing, deleting, printing, approving, and financial actions can be separated, while critical activity can be recorded in an evidence trail.
How does TRWSOFT protect sensitive school records?
TRWSOFT uses authenticated sessions, school-level separation, role permissions, protected workflows, validation, and action history. Schools should also maintain strong passwords, accurate user assignments, secure devices, and prompt removal of access that is no longer required.
Is training available for school staff?
Yes. Training can be organized around the actual responsibilities of leadership, administrators, teachers, and other school teams. The aim is to teach each user the workflows they are expected to perform, rather than overwhelm them with unrelated modules.
How should an existing school request technical support?
Use the Contact TRWSOFT page or the approved support route. Include the school name, affected page, what the user expected, what happened, and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords or unnecessary sensitive student information.
Can users access TRWSOFT from a phone or tablet?
Yes. Authorized users can use supported web and mobile experiences according to their role and the functions enabled by the school. Some features, such as camera or location-based evidence, may require device permission at the time they are used.
What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?
Features that communicate with the live school record require a working connection. Users should confirm that a save or submission completed before leaving the page, and avoid repeating an action until its current status has been checked.
How can a school request a demonstration?
Use the School Demonstration Request on the TRWSOFT website. The school can identify its level, size, responsible contact, and priority workflows so the demonstration focuses on the areas that matter most.
Where do existing customers sign in?
Use the Customer Schools directory on the TRWSOFT homepage to find the verified school portal. Opening the correct school entry helps users reach the login page connected to their institution.
